Low Order Fee
A low order fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $50.00.
Prices and Package Deals
Prices for individual items are non-negotiable. However, if you're
looking for a package of equipment (as opposed to one or two items)
call us toll free for a "package price".
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the purchase price unless otherwise specified.
All shipments are insured.
We normally use FED-EX. Alternate carriers may be used on request.
Multiple products in a single order may be shipped separately.
Free Shipping is only available for destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. United States Postal Service, Ground is normally used for free shipping, however, we reserve the right to use an alternate carrier or service at our discretion.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and America Express.
For your protection, adult signature will be required upon delivery unless you request otherwise.
Due to the high volume of unauthorized credit card use on orders, we may call you to confirm that you actually placed the order. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is for your protection as well as ours.
The billing address (by definition) and delivery address (if different from the billing address) must both be registered with the credit card company.
We do not accept "international credit cards". The billing address for the card must be within the United States.

For domestic and international orders, we also accept:

Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
14 day refund on items excluding software, microphones, sample CD's.
21 day exchange on items excluding software, microphones, sample CD's.
- All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Items can not be returned if not in all the original packaging.
- R.A.L. Audio Services does not make changes for defective products from manufacturers.
- The retailer is not liable for repair or service of the product.
- All warranty issues will be directed to the manufacturer.
- All products are factory new in the box unless otherwise specified.
- Customer is liable for shipping charges on returns.
- All special orders, installations, and modifications are non-returnable.
International Orders
R.A.L. Audio Services does not accept "international credit cards". The billing address for the card must be within the United States.
For international order payment methods, we accept Bank Transfer Payments, Checks, and Money Orders. See "Additional Payment Methods" above.
We recommend FedEx for International shipments.
R.A.L. Audio will not collect any import taxes or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States. To avoid customs problems, please verify in advance what these duties might entail and make the appropriate arrangements with your local government.
Partial California Sales Tax Exemption for Teleproduction
To qualify for a 5% California sales tax reduction per the Partial Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Teleproduction or Other Postproduction Service Equipment, you must certify that over 50% of
your revenues come from "teleproduction" activities and that the
products you are purchasing will be used at least 50% in "teleproduction".

Privacy
R.A.L. Audio Services NEVER sells, trades, or disseminates customer or site visitor information. The personal data you entrust to us is only used for the purposes for which you provide it. Delivery and billing addresses are only provided to shippers and financial institutions as is needed to
complete your order. Your email address and phone number is only used
to fill your orders and / or respond to your specific inquires or
requests. When viewing or buying products, you may request "Product
Update Notifications" via email. You will only be subject to receiving
Notifications if youexplicitly request them for a specific product or products.
Security
When you place orders or provide personal information, all data is
transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our database is
located on a secure server and access is limited to a small number of
authorized personnel with special access codes.
