AES/EBU (Audio Engineering Society/European Broadcast
Two conductor 25 AWG with braid shield 110 ohm cable terminated to black with gold contact XLR connectors. Available in lengths from 3 to 100 feet.
A cable that looks exactly like a standard low impedance microphone cable (our AES cable is blue in color so users can tell the difference between their digital and analog cables on stage). The connectors are Neutrik digital XLR connectors and the wire is Pro Co’s 222BD (two conductors, 22 gauge, braided shield, digital). The wire’s impedance is 110Ω to meet the specification.
