The Superlux PS2B is a two channel phantom Power supply for one or
two condenser microphones. It is the perfect solution for applications
where the use of condenser microphones is desired and the mixer,
recorder, PA, or amplifier to be used does not provide phantom power on
the microphone inputs.
The Superlux PS2B is lightweight, compact and portable, making it
ideal for indoor or outdoor applications. It is well suited for live
sound, stage or home studio venues when using condenser microphones and
compact mixers. It features large rubber bumper guards to decrease
vibration and also serve as stacking feet.
The Superlux PS2B is powered by two 9 volt alkaline batteries or
suitable AC power supply. The PS2B has 2 balanced XLR microphone inputs
and 2 balanced XLR microphone outputs. It provides clean phantom power
for one or two microphones.
Different condenser microphones have different power needs. The PS2B
features a 3-way selector switch that allows you to select between 12
volts and 48 volts of phantom power and has an off position to conserve
battery life.
The Superlux PS2B is ruggedly constructed and operates with
extremely low noise. It is a perfect solution for applications where
the use of condenser microphones is desired and the mixer, recorder,
PA, or amplifier to be used does not provide phantom power on the
microphone inputs.
