The S241/U3 is a true capacitor condenser microphone with a 1/2" gold
evaporated diaphragm. Its excellent performance is based on its top
quality professional craftsmanship together with the exchangeable
capsule modules and microphone preamplifier. This makes the S241/U3
greatly appreciated by audio engineers, especially for studio projects.
The slight high end eleivation in frequency response makes it an ideal
mic for capturing signals rich in transients shcu as those of acoustic
guitars, snare drums and hi hats. It is also suitable for the overhead
miking of drum kits. The tailored frequency response of these
