Similar to the TOP-248 in its acoustic characteristics, the TOP-258 has
an extended frequency response that makes it equally valuable for both
vocal reinforcement and instrumental recording.
The TOP Series is constructed of the same superior components as the
high quality PRO-248 microphone, but has the additional feature of an
enhanced lower frequency (60 - 240 Hz) response specifically designed
to produce a deeper and richer sound, especially in all vocal
performances. The high sensitivity and extended frequency response of
these microphones makes them ideal for all professional miking and
project studio performances.
